Understanding Your Aura And How To Balance Your Chakras

An aura is made up of seven different layers that radiate and vibrate, and reflect several different niches such as physical, emotional, and astral fragments that are part of each person.

Your aura is a reflection of your personal energy and can influence your ability to connect with other people. Now that you have a better understanding of what you aura is, you can add in daily spiritual practices into your life to help in cleansing, balancing and brightening it. Our everyday activities can weaken our energy and its’ vibrations due to whom we may come in contact with, or what obstacles get thrown in our way. So adding in daily spiritual practices can help to cleanse and detach you from these lower energies and vibrations that you’ve absorbed throughout your day.

One of the first steps to cleansing your aura is understanding your chakras. Once you have a basic understanding of each chakra and how it’s energy functions in your own energy flow, you can then learn many different ways of balancing them.
