Shipping + Returns
U.S. Shipping
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS, and occasionally FedEx when necessary. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Once the package has left Wicked Obscura and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.
International Shipping
We are still working through the kinks so we are currently not offering any international shipping. We hope to update this soon for 2025!
Forwarding Addresses
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Order Cancelations
We at Wicked Obscura work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process of being shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
Order Issues
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) Please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@wickedobscura.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.
In the unlikely event that a package marked as delivered is missing, we are happy to send a replacement once. Please wait 3 business days before reaching out to us. We recommend also contacting your building manager, front desk, or neighbor to assist with locating the package.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use.
Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must be 100% of the product left in the bottle/jar to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time, unless you live in the Cincinnati area. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.
Wicked Obscura does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Wicked Obscura.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
Gift Returns
If you want to return a Wicked Obscura product that was given as a gift and you are unsure where the gifter made the purchase, please package the product(s) safely and ship them to the following address using the shipping method of your choice within 30 days of receiving the gift:

Please include a note in the package with your email address, otherwise, the credit cannot be issued.
Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the return in the form of store credit. Please obtain a record of sending the return. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Please have the return posted within 10 days of reaching out, otherwise, we will not be able to process the return.
Discount Code Terms
Discount codes are valid only on Wicked Obscura-branded products and do not include third-party items. Codes are one-use only, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Orders are subject to sales tax in Kentucky.
All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.
